At Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital we aim to provide high quality services which meet your needs. In order to ensure our services, remain at a high and improving standard, we have a customer complaints procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the hospital.  If we are not getting it right please let us know

Submit Complaint Through Email

1. Download the complaints form  and fill it out as indicated. (Download Customer Complaint Registration  Form Here)

2. Submit the form by sending it via email (customerservice@skmth.org.bw) or deliver it to our Customer Service department.

3. Wait for response.
